Weekly Photo Challenge: {Urban}

It was a fine Sunday en route to my sister’s place and what do I see in front of our car?
A crazy pet owner riding a motorcycle with his pet behind him!

Out of this world/crazy street scene at a major street in Manila, Philippines!

 As an afterthought, he put on a helmet for his very agile dog  for…well….protection!

He’s so totally crazy….*sigh* only in the Philippines!
